Senior Full Stack Developer - Athens, On-site

Our client is a technology company building dynamic web applications from the ground up using modern frameworks across the full stack. The role exists to add strong full stack capability to a cross-functional team that takes code quality and product delivery seriously.

The Role

You will design and implement features across both frontend and backend, writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to a codebase that is built to scale. In your first six months, you will get deep into the product, participate actively in code reviews and take ownership of at least one end-to-end feature delivery. You will work closely with product managers and designers to turn business requirements into applications that actually work in the real world.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of full stack development experience with React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend
• Strong habits around code quality, maintainability and peer review
• Solid understanding of how to build scalable, high-performance web applications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and design teams and translate requirements into working software
• Comfortable taking ownership of features from brief through to deployment

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure or containerised environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
• Background in Agile or product-led development teams
