Full Stack Developer - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)

Our client is a software solutions provider building and maintaining web applications that serve real users across multiple platforms. The role exists to add full stack capability to a team that values engineers who can move fluidly between frontend and backend without losing momentum.

The Role

You will develop and maintain features across the full stack, from backend API design through to responsive frontend interfaces, working closely with designers and product managers to deliver solutions that work well end to end. In your first six months, you will get deep into the existing codebase, resolve key performance issues and contribute to at least one significant feature release. You will be the person who picks up a problem on either side of the stack and sees it through.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of full stack development experience across frontend and backend
• Solid experience designing and implementing REST APIs and integrating third-party services
• Strong understanding of mobile responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and product managers in a delivery-focused environment
• Systematic approach to troubleshooting and resolving performance issues

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure or containerised deployment
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Background in Agile delivery environments
