Business Development ManagerOn behalf of our client, a leading player in the digital transformation sector, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Country Manager. In this role, you will oversee the sales strategy and operations within your designated country, driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with key clients. You will lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring the successful implementation of sales initiatives and the achievement of business goals.
Your day-to-day:

Lead and drive sales operations within your designated country, focusing on business growth and market penetration.

Develop and execute the country-specific sales strategy to align with company goals and market opportunities.

Identify new business opportunities, targeting both large enterprises and mid-sized companies across various industries.

Manage and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the right tools and support to meet targets.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for your country.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and vendor teams to implement country-specific campaigns and promotions.

Engage in high-level negotiations and close deals with enterprise-level clients, managing the sales cycle from start to finish.

Provide insights to the leadership team on market dynamics, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Requirements:

7+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of managing sales teams and driving business growth within Analytics, Data & AI, or Digital Transformation solutions.

Strong experience in selling SaaS, subscription-based products, or complex enterprise solutions.

Previous experience in managing and developing sales teams and executing sales strategies.

Demonstrated ability to close large-scale deals and manage key enterprise accounts.

Proven experience in establishing a strong presence within the country market and driving growth in competitive environments.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with an understanding of how to navigate market dynamics and trends.

Fluent in English and the local language (if applicable), both written and verbal.
