Junior Frontend Developer - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)

Our client is a dynamic digital agency crafting web experiences for a varied and growing client portfolio. The role exists to bring design vision to life in code and ensure that what gets built in the browser is as good as what was designed on screen.

The Role

You will translate UI/UX designs into responsive, performant web interfaces, working closely with design and backend teams to make sure everything fits together cleanly. In your first six months, you will get hands-on across active client projects, address the most pressing performance and cross-browser issues and establish yourself as the frontend voice the team relies on. You will be the person who cares as much about how it feels as how it works.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of frontend development experience building responsive web applications
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with experience in React, Vue or Angular
• Solid understanding of performance optimisation and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience working directly from UI/UX design files and collaborating with designers
• Clean, maintainable coding habits with an eye for detail

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with frontend build tools and CI/CD workflows
• Experience working with design systems or component libraries
• Background in a digital agency or client-facing environment

What's in it for You
