Front-end Developer - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)

Our client is a top-tier digital agency building interactive web applications for a varied and demanding client portfolio. The role exists to bring strong frontend engineering capability to a team that takes visual quality and technical performance equally seriously.

The Role

You will translate UI/UX wireframes into clean, responsive and performant web interfaces, working closely with designers and backend developers to make sure what gets built in the browser matches what was intended on screen. In your first six months, you will get hands-on across active projects, tackle the most pressing cross-browser and performance issues and establish yourself as the frontend voice the team relies on. You will be the person who cares about the last pixel as much as the first line of code.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of frontend development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Solid experience implementing UI/UX designs accurately and collaborating directly with designers
• Strong understanding of performance optimisation, cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues efficiently under delivery pressure
• Clean coding habits with a sharp eye for detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and CI/CD workflows
• Background in a digital agency or client-facing environment

What's in it for You
