Civil EngineerA well-established technical construction company, operating since 1992, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer (Construction Manager) to join its growing team. With a 5th class contractor license and a strong portfolio in public and private sector projects, the company delivers complex infrastructure, port, hydraulic, and roadworks, as well as industrial unit construction, building renovations, and residential developments across Greece.
Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery—including asphalt plants, earthmoving equipment, and portable concrete production systems—the company is known for combining engineering precision, modern technology, and field expertise to deliver reliable, high-quality, and sustainable construction solutions.
What you’ll do

Oversee the day-to-day progress of construction projects, ensuring smooth execution and coordination across crews, technicians, and subcontractors.

Maintain close communication with clients, suppliers, and all involved stakeholders to ensure deadlines, budgets, and standards are met.

Enforce health and safety protocols across all on-site operations in compliance with company and legal standards.

Manage and monitor project budgets, timelines, and cost-efficiency metrics.

Identify and support the training and upskilling needs of field teams to promote ongoing professional development.

Ensure milestone control and payment documentation accuracy, including drafting and submission of necessary technical files.
What we’re looking for

Degree in Engineering from a Technological Educational Institution (TEI).

At least 5 years of proven experience in construction project management—infrastructure or building sector.

In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety standards applicable to construction projects.

Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PM²).

Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills.

Willingness and flexibility to travel or relocate based on project site requirements.
