Web & Visual Designer

On behalf of our client, a digital marketing and creative agency based in Athens, we are seeking a Web & Visual Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and creative skills, with experience in website development and visual content creation for digital channels.

Role Overview

The Web & Visual Designer will be responsible for creating websites, designing visual assets, and supporting video editing needs. The role involves close collaboration with a small internal team and offers a hybrid work model with flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive websites using WordPress.

• Create static banners and social media graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Produce and edit short-form video content using Adobe Premiere or similar tools.

• Contribute to web design (and UI) tasks for client projects.

• Collaborate with advertising and design team members.

• Participate in internal team meetings.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.

• Proficiency in WordPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.

• Strong sense of layout, composition, and attention to detail.

• Consistency and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

• Experience with motion graphics or UI design.

• Previous work in an agency environment.

   

• Portfolio of relevant design and web work

Working Model & Compensation

• Hybrid setup: 3–4 days in-office, 1–2 days remote.

• Working hours: flexible between 08:00–16:00, 09:00–17:00, or 10:00–18:00.
