Senior Salesforce Developer

On behalf of our client, a global, non-profit organisation working at the forefront of cyber and information security, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join their growing team in Athens, Greece.

This is a hybrid role, with at least 2 days per week on-site at the Moschato office. You'll work closely with international stakeholders and contribute to a mission that impacts some of the world’s most prominent organisations.

 What’s your day-to-day

• Lead workshops with internal teams to capture business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Design and implement custom functionalities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot, and more
• Maintain and enhance existing flows, Apex code, Lightning components, and automations
• Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and respond to tier 2/3 support requests
• Work closely with technical stakeholders in the UK to manage development roadmap and release cycles
• Review and optimise the Salesforce platform for performance, security, and usability
• Stay aligned with Salesforce best practices and release updates

What you will need

• 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce development and solution design
• Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce configuration tools
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data modelling
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, ADM-201, ADM-211)
• Experience across key Salesforce modules: Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A structured, analytical mindset with great attention to detail

Bonus points if you have:

• Familiarity with Pardot, JIRA, or ITSM tools
• Experience with finance or event system integrations
• Broader technical knowledge (e.g. SQL, REST/SOAP, JavaScript frameworks)
