Senior Presales Engineer (Microsoft 365)

On behalf of our client, a leading tech solutions provider with a strong footprint in digital transformation and cloud innovation, we are currently seeking a skilled and driven Microsoft 365 Solution Consultant to join its growing team.

A day in the life of a ‘Microsoft 365 Solution Consultant’

You’ll become an integral part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, working closely with business and technical teams to shape tailor-made Microsoft 365 solutions. Your role will combine client engagement, strategic design, and technical excellence to deliver impactful results for a wide range of organizations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to design and present Microsoft 365-based solutions tailored to client needs.

• Lead the creation of technical proposals, solution roadmaps, and delivery frameworks.

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into Microsoft 365 capabilities.

• Provide guidance to customers on choosing the most suitable services and tools to achieve their goals.

• Deliver high-quality documentation, insights, and recommendations through presentations and reports.

• Foster long-term relationships with clients that support adoption and ongoing engagement.

• Proven experience in migration projects – While it’s not necessary to have run migrations as an engineer, knowledge in designing and writing proposals for migration projects is essential.

What you need to bring

• At least 3 years of professional experience in tech consulting or solution architecture.

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).

• Solid understanding of modern cloud environments and market trends.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to envision and implement full-scale solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with stakeholders.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to align technology with business needs.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in designing and preparing migration strategies and proposals is a plus.

Bonus qualifications

• Relevant cloud certifications will be considered a strong advantage.

• Practical experience with either cloud-based or hybrid infrastructures.
