On behalf of our client, a fast-growing company in the private aviation industry, we are looking for a young and motivated Sales Consultant to join their international commercial team. This is a full-time remote role based in Greece, focused on engaging high-value clientele and supporting the company’s expansion into new markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via digital channels and phone
  • Qualify and manage inbound sales inquiries from prospective high-net-worth individuals
  • Lead client communication from first contact to booking confirmation
  • Negotiate and close deals remotely, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and provide regular sales reports

 

Ideal Profile

  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in high-value, luxury, or service-oriented sectors(e.g Hospitality)
  • Strong outbound mindset: cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach
  • Confident communicator with demanding and high-profile clients (CEOs, executives, HNWIs)
  • Independent, organized, and results-driven with a commercial mindset
  • Fluent in English and Greek (written & spoken) — additional languages are a plus
  • Able to work full-time remotely with a stable internet connection
