On behalf of our client, a fast-growing company in the private aviation industry, we are looking for a young and motivated Sales Consultant to join their international commercial team. This is a full-time remote role based in Greece, focused on engaging high-value clientele and supporting the company’s expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via digital channels and phone
- Qualify and manage inbound sales inquiries from prospective high-net-worth individuals
- Lead client communication from first contact to booking confirmation
- Negotiate and close deals remotely, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and provide regular sales reports
Ideal Profile
- Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in high-value, luxury, or service-oriented sectors(e.g Hospitality)
- Strong outbound mindset: cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach
- Confident communicator with demanding and high-profile clients (CEOs, executives, HNWIs)
- Independent, organized, and results-driven with a commercial mindset
- Fluent in English and Greek (written & spoken) — additional languages are a plus
- Able to work full-time remotely with a stable internet connection
