Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
QA Test EngineerOn behalf of our client, a fast-growing data-driven technology firm working across multiple industries to deliver intelligent insights and scalable digital solutions, we’re currently seeking a QA Engineer to join our growing engineering team and play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions across critical systems. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end quality processes across system integration and user acceptance testing phases. You’ll collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end users to ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements are met prior to release.
Your day-to-day
Test Documentation
-  Develop and maintain System Integration Test (SIT) documentation: 
-  Prepare and update User Acceptance Test (UAT) test books: 
-  Maintain version control and documentation updates for each release/sprint 
Test Execution
-  Execute manual SIT and UAT tests; automation optional where applicable 
-  Track test outcomes, log defects, and manage retesting processes 
-  Prepare relevant test data for SIT and UAT phases 
-  Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability 
-  Validate RESTful and SOAP APIs (Postman, Swagger) 
-  Confirm request/response structure, authentication flows, and status codes 
-  Use of ServiceNow 
Collaboration & Communication
-  Liaise between Business stakeholders & Development teams 
-  Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and UAT review meetings 
What you will need
-  3+ years of experience in QA / Testing roles 
-  Strong understanding of SIT and UAT processes 
-  Solid experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.) 
-  Familiarity with defect management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) 
-  Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) 
-  Ability to work independently and proactively flag issues or improvements 
-  Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
