Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing data-driven technology firm working across multiple industries to deliver intelligent insights and scalable digital solutions, we’re currently seeking a QA Engineer to join our growing engineering team and play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions across critical systems. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end quality processes across system integration and user acceptance testing phases. You’ll collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end users to ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements are met prior to release.

Your day-to-day

Test Documentation

• Develop and maintain System Integration Test (SIT) documentation:

• Prepare and update User Acceptance Test (UAT) test books:

• Maintain version control and documentation updates for each release/sprint

Test Execution

• Execute manual SIT and UAT tests; automation optional where applicable

• Track test outcomes, log defects, and manage retesting processes

• Prepare relevant test data for SIT and UAT phases

• Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability

• Validate RESTful and SOAP APIs (Postman, Swagger)

• Confirm request/response structure, authentication flows, and status codes

• Use of ServiceNow

Collaboration & Communication

• Liaise between Business stakeholders & Development teams

• Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and UAT review meetings

What you will need

• 3+ years of experience in QA / Testing roles

• Strong understanding of SIT and UAT processes

• Solid experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)

• Familiarity with defect management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Ability to work independently and proactively flag issues or improvements

• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
