Presales Engineer

As a Presales Engineer, you will play a key role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored mobile technology solutions. You will work closely with both commercial and technical teams to design and implement strategies that meet client requirements in retail and warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include supporting the presales process by delivering technical documentation, customizing demo systems, organizing PoCs (Proof of Concept), and responding to RFI/RFP requests.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in product presentations, customer needs analysis, and the development of solutions for retail and warehouse operations.

• Support the sales team with technical documentation, customizing demo systems, organizing and executing PoCs, and responding to RFI/RFPs.

• Collaborate with implementation and development teams to ensure the proper design of solutions based on client requirements.

• Stay updated on technological trends, particularly in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), POS (Point of Sale), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and retail software.

• Explore new products and solutions that meet the needs of customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience in presales or business/functional analysis roles.

• Knowledge or experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business benefits.

• Strong command of the English language.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, SoftOne, Entersoft/Aberon, Mantis LVS).

• Understanding of API and data integration principles.

• Knowledge or experience with AMR/AGV warehouse systems.

• Previous experience in the logistics sector.
