Mid/Senior Analytics Engineer

On behalf of our client, a global industrial leader designing and manufacturing critical components for demanding environments across aerospace & defense, energy, transportation, and industrial markets, we are seeking a Mid/Senior Analytics Engineer to join their Tech Hub in Athens.

This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys working across the full analytics stack — from data ingestion and modeling to visualization and business insights. You will design scalable analytics solutions, build dashboards, and collaborate with international stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making using modern cloud technologies.

Key highlights of the role:

• Design and maintain data models, pipelines, and BI solutions
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Work with SQL, Python, and Azure data technologies (Microsoft Fabric)
• Lead analytics initiatives end-to-end in a global, cross-functional environment

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or related roles
• Strong background in data modeling and reporting
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
