IT Support Specialist (L2)
2nd Level SupportOn behalf of our client, a dynamic and tech-driven company at the forefront of digital transformation and IT innovation, we are currently looking for a self-driven IT Support Specialist (Level 2) to join its IT Infrastructure team.
A day in the life of the IT Support Specialist (Level 2)
As an IT Support Specialist (Level 2), you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the company’s IT systems, acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues while contributing to infrastructure projects, system automation, and digital initiatives.
Your day-to-day
- Act as the escalation point for advanced Level 1 support cases, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and security incidents.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD), Azure Entra ID, and IAM configurations.
- Manage user access, group policies, and domain services across business applications.
- Oversee patching, updates, and endpoint compliance for users and devices.
- Support IT projects, including automation, cloud adoption, and system integrations.
- Manage and optimize ITSM tools and workflows, including ticketing, incident, and change management.
- Create and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and Knowledge Base articles.
- Enforce IT security policies, monitor compliance, and assist in audits and vulnerability assessments.
What you will need
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking fundamentals, and M365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
- Experience managing Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and security policies.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice) and ITIL-based processes.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex incidents.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
