On behalf of our client, a prominent player in the aviation and travel sector with a long-standing presence in Southeast Europe, we are seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their dynamic IT team.

Day-to-day Duties:
Set up and maintain both hardware and software systems.
Guarantee stable and efficient operation of the network infrastructure.
Oversee the IT helpdesk, managing service tickets and incidents via Jira Service Desk.
Offer technical assistance to users, ensuring timely resolution based on SLA agreements.
Handle administration tasks for Windows 10/11 devices and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
Contribute to the setup and configuration of network and system-related equipment.
What we are looking for:
University degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
Basic experience or familiarity with technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SCCM, or Intune is a plus.
