IT Delivery Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an IT Delivery Manager to lead technology operations across a fast-growing international group based in Athens. The role combines hands-on IT management with strategic oversight, supporting multiple business units and ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-efficient IT delivery.

Day to Day

• Oversee and manage the external IT service provider under a defined SLA.
• Lead IT projects and initiatives across the Group.
• Ensure infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology procurement run smoothly and align with ISO 27001 requirements.
• Manage the IT budget and monitor costs.
• Oversee hardware, software, cloud services, and licensing across the organization.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand needs and deliver effective IT services.
• Ensure data security, backups, and business continuity processes are in place.

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
• Experience managing external IT vendors under SLAs.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 environments.
• Solid knowledge of networks, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
