Head of Technology & Innovation

On behalf of our client, a well-established, innovation-driven company with a long-standing presence in the Greek food industry, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Technology Leader - Head of Technology & Digital Innovation - to drive digital transformation journey and oversee the successful implementation of new platforms across the organization. This role combines leadership, systems expertise, and business acumen to align technology with operational goals.

A day in the life of a Head of Technology & Digital Innovation

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of SAP S/4HANA with external consultants.
• Oversee IT infrastructure (on-premise & cloud), systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Manage digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.
• Supervise and mentor an IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day support.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and business continuity.
• Collaborate with all departments to understand needs and provide tech-driven solutions.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years in a similar IT leadership or digital transformation role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP (especially S/4HANA, MM, PP, SD, COPA-FI, WMS).
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud environments.
• Proven experience in team leadership and vendor management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English.
