Field Service Engineer

Our client is a well-established company specializing in industrial machinery and advanced technical solutions for the food industry, supporting businesses with high-quality equipment, installations, and service operations. The role exists because of the company’s continued growth and the need to strengthen its field service team supporting customers across Southern Greece.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering technical support, troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance services for industrial equipment at customer sites. Your first milestone will be to successfully take ownership of customer interventions, equipment diagnostics, and service activities while building strong collaboration with both clients and the internal technical team.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in industrial field service, technical support, or maintenance of industrial equipment
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems, industrial automation, and technical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of PLCs, inverters, sensors, and industrial machinery maintenance
• Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults independently
• Good command of English
• Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical
• Engineering, or a related technical field
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Greece

Nice to Have

• Experience with installation and commissioning of industrial equipment
• Previous experience supporting customers in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of automation systems and control panels
