Field Engineer

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing technology solutions provider specializing in smart infrastructure, digital transformation, and integrated systems across various industries, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Engineer to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT and network equipment at client sites.

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless deployment of solutions.

• Perform system diagnostics and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

• Document installations, service calls, and equipment status reports.

• Travel to various client locations as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar field-based technical role.

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, hardware, and operating systems.

• Experience with system installation, testing, and support.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
