Data Warehouse Engineer

Our client is a growing technology consulting company specializing in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Data Solutions. The role of Data Warehouse Engineer has been created to support continued business growth and increasing demand for data and BI projects across a diverse client portfolio.

The Role

You'll own the design, development, and optimization of data warehouse and business intelligence solutions for multiple client environments. Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders, you'll translate business requirements into scalable data models, ETL processes and reporting architectures. 

Within your first six months, you'll contribute to the delivery of end-to-end data warehouse implementations, including dimensional modeling, ETL development, and client-facing solution discussions.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), PostgreSQL, or other relational database platforms
• 3+ years of experience developing ETL/ELT processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or equivalent tools
• Strong SQL expertise, including query optimization, indexing, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, fact and dimension tables
• Experience with OLAP architectures and cube design
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with BI platforms such as TARGIT BI, Power BI, or similar tools
• Knowledge of Python or C# for data pipeline automation and integration
• Experience creating technical documentation, proposals, or RFP responses
