On behalf of our client, a company that provides ERP solutions, Cyber Security and GDPR Tools and Consultancy we are seeking a Cyber Security & Digital Transformation Solutions Architect to lead, supervise, and guide our Cyber Security team.

 

About the role 

 

This role involves the architectural design and strategic oversight of cybersecurity solutions, primarily focused on compliance projects, along with general digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure the high-quality delivery of projects, foster team development.

 

Day to day

  • Lead and supervise a Cyber Security team, assigning responsibilities and overseeing the execution and progress of multiple security projects.
  • Guide the department’s strategic development, ensuring continual improvement in service quality and team capabilities.
  • Monitor the implementation of compliance projects, track progress per client, and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
  • Engage with clients, as needed, to resolve issues related to cybersecurity projects or incidents within their organization.
  • Evaluate clients’ existing security systems (hardware and software) and propose tailored improvements based on current best practices.
  • Review and validate deliverables produced by the team, ensuring technical quality and alignment with project objectives.
  • Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments, identify potential threats, and define effective mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor client security logs regularly using appropriate tools to ensure early detection and prevention of incidents.
  • Provide incident response support to clients in the event of cybersecurity breaches or suspected threats.
  • Train and mentor the team, particularly junior members, ensuring continuous professional growth and upskilling.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., NIS 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as vulnerability scanners, SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, etc.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex security projects.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Greek (spoken and written).

Good to have

  • Master’s degree in Cyber Security 
  • Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, TOGAF, ISO 27001) are a strong plus.
