Architect Engineer (Permitting & Technical Design)

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled Architect Engineer to join their team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-end residential and technically demanding projects. The company is an architectural and engineering firm with a holistic design approach (Full project lifecycle: concept → design → execution, integrated project management (PM) practices, and emphasis on business excellence and structured delivery).

A day in the life of the Architect engineer

This role is ideal for a mid-level architect with strong experience in building permits, regulatory compliance, and construction documentation, who is looking to grow into a senior project position.

Your day-to-day

• Act as project lead from concept to delivery
• Develop and review architectural studies
• Produce detailed construction / implementation drawings
• Develop design concepts and oversee spatial planning / plot utilization
• Produce full architectural documentation (drawings, reports, permit files, full licensing process, building permits, process of Electronic Building Identity and similar)

What you will need

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in
• Building permits and approvals
• Architectural implementation studies
• Electronic Building Identity processes
• Strong knowledge of Greek building regulations (NOK) 
• Advanced skills in architectural design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good aesthetic judgment and design thinking
• Team-oriented with a high level of responsibility
