What You’ll Do
As an Agent Engineer, you’ll operate at the intersection of AI and engineering — designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI agents that interact with real systems and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping how AI augments enterprise operations by:

Designing prompts and implementing logic that guide AI agents across voice, chat, and email channels.

Connecting agents to customer APIs, databases, and internal tools, enabling full end-to-end task execution.

Building and maintaining internal tooling in TypeScript, creating reusable components and libraries for agent development.

Testing with live data, monitoring performance, and fine-tuning for reliability, accuracy, and speed.

Working directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements, conduct demos, and iterate in real time.

Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure agents are production-ready and scalable.

Contributing to documentation, internal processes, and best practices that drive consistency and quality.
What We’re Looking For
Required:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Strong hands-on experience with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations.

Solid programming skills; TypeScript experience is a strong plus.
- Exposure with Go, Python, or Node.js

A problem-solving mindset, sharp attention to detail, and genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies.
Preferred:

Previous exposure to technical, customer-facing roles (Integrations, Solutions Engineering, or similar).

Familiarity with monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana).

Experience in fast-paced startup or AI-driven environments.
