What You’ll Do
As an Agent Engineer, you’ll operate at the intersection of AI and engineering — designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI agents that interact with real systems and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping how AI augments enterprise operations by:

  • Designing prompts and implementing logic that guide AI agents across voice, chat, and email channels.

  • Connecting agents to customer APIs, databases, and internal tools, enabling full end-to-end task execution.

  • Building and maintaining internal tooling in TypeScript, creating reusable components and libraries for agent development.

  • Testing with live data, monitoring performance, and fine-tuning for reliability, accuracy, and speed.

  • Working directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements, conduct demos, and iterate in real time.

  • Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure agents are production-ready and scalable.

  • Contributing to documentation, internal processes, and best practices that drive consistency and quality.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Strong hands-on experience with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations.

  • Solid programming skills; TypeScript experience is a strong plus.

  • Exposure with GoPython, or Node.js
  • A problem-solving mindset, sharp attention to detail, and genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies.

Preferred:

  • Previous exposure to technical, customer-facing roles (Integrations, Solutions Engineering, or similar).

  • Familiarity with monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana).

  • Experience in fast-paced startup or AI-driven environments.
