On behalf of our client, a manufacturing company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of high-tech LED luminaires, with a focus on both private and public sector projects, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant, to join their team!

What you will do

You will be responsible for organizing, supporting, and monitoring administrative and secretarial tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative team. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, experience in liaising with public services, as well as handling business correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Management in daily operations and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle business correspondence (drafting letters, responses, proposals, etc.).
  • Communicate with relevant departments of Ministries and large Public Organizations.
  • Manage and archive documents, folders, and electronic files.
  • Monitor calendars, meetings, and reminders for management executives.
  • Assist in the drafting and submission of reports or presentations.
  • Greet and assist visitors or handle incoming calls.
  • Collaborate with other departments (accounting, legal, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth information flow.

Required Qualifications

  • University/College or Vocational School degree related to Business Administration, Secretarial Support, or a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in interacting with public services and knowledge of related procedures.
  • Good command of English (preferred for business correspondence).
  • Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Organizational skills, responsibility, and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
