Senior Business Analyst

A global cloud subscription commerce platform that enables IT distributors, managed service providers (MSPs), and telcos to manage the full lifecycle of SaaS products — from catalog management and billing to vendor integrations and provisioning — is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in SaaS platforms.

The role

You will partner with software development teams to capture, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements, ensuring scalable and modular solutions that meet their users' needs. On a day-to-day basis, you will capture and document business and technical requirements using Jira and Confluence, draft epics, user stories, UACs, and edge-case test scenarios, and collaborate with QA and automation teams to design effective test flows. You will facilitate cross-team communication, identify blockers, and ensure SDLC alignment, while optimizing business and delivery processes using AI and automation tools. You will maintain traceability from business case to requirements, delivery, and feedback, contribute to architectural strategy, API evolution, and modular service design, and leverage product usage data to drive backlog and prioritization decisions.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in software development or SaaS teams.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies.
• Comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration principles.
• Proficient with UAC design, test flows, and working with automation teams.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance documentation, backlog management, or automation.
• Exposure to SaaS products, cloud-native platforms, or subscription-based systems.
• Fluent in Greek and English (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like ChurnZero, Productboard, Azure DevOps, or Figma.
• Background in usage analytics, feature adoption tracking, or dashboards.
• Understanding of value-based delivery frameworks or modular billing workflows.
