Full-Stack Developer (Node.js / Vue 3)

An Athens-founded health-tech company providing digital-health platforms to clinics and hospitals across the Balkans. The role exists to accelerate a new patient-portal product launching in Q1.

The Role

You'll own both the Vue 3 frontend and the Node.js/Express API layer of the patient portal — from user authentication to appointment-scheduling flows. Your first milestone is a fully functional MVP released to three pilot clinics within four months. You'll work in a remote-first team of eight engineers across Greece and Bulgaria.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Solid Vue 3 (Composition API) and Node.js/Express skills
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and ORMs
• Understanding of JWT-based authentication and OAuth2 flows
• Git workflow proficiency and code-review experience

Nice to Have

• Background in healthcare or GDPR-sensitive applications
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• GraphQL API experience

What's in it for You

€40,000–€52,000 base salary, 100% remote, 25 days annual leave, annual equipment stipend.
